If you participate in the class action you'll surely get at least as good of a credit monitoring service + likely monetary damages, I would not recommend signing up for this BS website setup by Equifax but if you even check if you're affected you will be removed from the class.

It is whatever comes with owning that house, the pain is far higher than the monetary worth of the house.There is no rule that says "probates, foreclosures absentee owners bla bla bla, are not motivated", nor is there a rule that says they are.People need to understand that one doesn't imply the other.Not because someone is in foreclosure is there a "higher" chance that this person is motivated.
