Get successful, marry her and let her stay home and raise the kids!

I will have to admit that i have thought back many times to before i was married and had 3 kids that if i could have done it again that would be what i would have done.Condos could be good could be bad... the thing you want to watch out for is the association and how often the increase the dues... they tend to cut into your profits.

I am married to one hott little lady named Kate and we have two children, Talulah and Harrison.

I just got married, and would like to use the cash gifts my wife and I got to finally get my feet wet.

Just a short Bio summary,I am married to a wonderful woman and blessed with two lovely daughters who are all grown now and married as well.

My wife bought the first one before we got married (about 3 years ago). 

I do wish I would've understood that concept when I was younger and before I was married with kids.
