LLCs tend to be beneficial for financing options if using hard money as it can be required depending on the program.

Hey proper used to be a good option years ago when not as many insurance agencies were doing STR but not many have caught up. 

If they do, your best bet is a local community bank that funds these types of properties.Another option is a private lender but that money will be pretty expensive, as mentioned 10%  + 

There are a lot of positive ROI options in that bucket.To answer your question anything on the beach will rent well.

I am looking into my STR options but from what I have learned this is a overflowing market in the area and the vacancy's are increasing so I may look into mid term and long term only.

So could start with some community banks in Cleveland since you are local.Residential loans for the most part are serviced by Fannie Freddy but commercial loans can be much more diverse with their products so having a few options has always helped me a ton. 

Homewrite is seems like it could be a good option.

Another option that requires more legwork is to call the servicer/ producer of the inverter.

Please share lenders who are low credit score friendly and or hard money lenders that are easy to work with, e.g. won’t tie your money up in draws.
