Best rehab loans
My name is Bekah and me and my husband are doing our first flip. We have owned rentals in the past as well. We purchased the house about 3 months ago and are owner financing it. We are trying to think of all our options for a rehab loan. We almost went with a loan that we have to pay all the cost upfront and then get reimbursed on the back end and that was just not something we were willing to do. So does anyone have any guidance and ideas or know any banks that do rehab loans were all the money including labor is upfront and then we pay a monthly? I would appreciate any comments or feedback on what to look for.
Thank you!

Hey @Bekah Estes, welcome to the BP Forum! Unfortunately, banks don't generally like to finance the rehab/construction of investment properties. As for non-bank loans, I'm familiar with a loan program that provides 100% financing, but it requires a minimum 650 credit score and proof of funds covering 12 months of interest. How much are you needing to borrow?
