Last year we helped eight buyers acquire exceptional coastal STR's in; Brookings, Gold Beach, Bandon, Manzanita, Arch Cape and Yachats, with two in 2025 under contract in Seaside and Rockaway Beach.

I then recoup any losses in the resale and down payment forfeiture.

Steve,It is true PE and investment groups have been gobbling up the market over the last 10 years- so much of the 'great all TOH parks' are more and more difficult to find. 

After seeing my brother's success with flix and flip in the bay area over the last 4 years, I decided to explore the same in New York.

I've used Avail in the past, but switched to Baselane last year.

I moved to the Sarasota area last year, and have been impressed by the REIA meetings here.

Any recommendations for something that will last for awhile? 

I am just starting out and have 1 STR.Would love hear the pros/cons that you took into consideration when deciding how you want to manage your STR.Self managing STR properties, from afar, while maintaining other employment, is only a possibility because of the new technology made available in the last 10 - 15 years.  

But my experience over the last 10 years of building new homes is that NOTHING comes down might stay the same but will rise almost annually Like Cement always goes up in Jan.
