One time we had guests that brought a dog (against policy), tried to sneak it in but got caught on outside cameras, provided a bogus emotional support certificate they downloaded on the internet after the fact, left the house a wreck and then left a bad revenge review after we reported them to the platform.

Over the years, I have also learned that it is very easy to get lost in the ether of the internet and waste a bunch of time trying to find content to learn from in an organized way.

By the time you sign up now I think (guess) that you'll get setup or trained on how to setup the network providor registrations to never be blocked.

But, if they don't have some sort of formal training/experience within the industry hiring them is a terrible idea (from what I've heard).Just to put this into perspective, all of our bookkeepers are U.S.

They also have trainings and other classes you can take, which are generally included with your membership, or at a very low cost.  

Do they pay for vacation pay, medical insurance, workers comp, payroll taxes, PTO & holidays, ongoing training, trucks & commercial vehicle insurance, liability insurance, admins, marketing, SEO, liability insurance, bonding fees, licensing fees?

Mail out flyers is the best way.You can drive around the area that you are interested and see if it looks abandoned and find the owner.It's off-market so it means a lot of manual work on finding them. do a simple internet search and you will find many ways.
