The people just a few years younger had much more immersion into technology during their younger years.I think the 40+ group will be OK.

I have a full-time project manager who hires and manages the contractors.So, my recommendation is to start out by immersing yourself in the day-to-day details, and once you really understand what you're doing, you can start to outsource and focus on the important stuff (like finding deals).
