Either way I think as hosts we should try to make contact in order to see if there was a genuine reason, emergency etc. 

I hope someone else can find inspiration by my story or if you are in similar situation maybe you can take part of what i did and run with it like a pair of scissors in your hand cutting through the mess thats blocking you.

in my little portfolio, i have properties that i have genuinely made 'cash flow' on - where i just haven't had to replace the HVAC on and have had little vacancy or turnover. 

Remember, building genuine relationships is key; it’s not just about adding names to a list but about creating mutually beneficial partnerships.

I like their content, but they seem less genuine when you go to their site and they force you into a sales call to find out how much the program costs, like all the other gurus.

Meet as many people as possible, be genuine in friendships, and be eager to help with anything real estate related to learn and become an expert.
