I get real frustrated getting emails offering the same thing for $1000.

I feel the same frustration.

If you are a new investor vet profiles and don't just network to network, network to get where you are trying to go.It frustrates me when I see people who have two investments worth $60,000 a piece that they bought in Mississippi giving investment advice, I could say the same about Realtors who don't own investments and have no idea how it works.

It will be unfortunate to have such a significant loss, but I suspect continuing will be frustrating, take time, and is likely to increase the loss.  

because my wife decided she likes warm weather....I'm still waiting for my latest out of state investment to close and frustrated because I'm trying to get a loan -- the seller is dragging out the transaction for 2 1/2 months so I have to keep sending the underwriter statements and then documentation for every large deposit or withdrawal.

I can understand how working with the public can at times be frustrating.

I like STR but the maintenance gets expensive and frustrating to manage or do myself.

I speak to a lot of newer investors that can never seem to simply take the steps necessary to purchase their first rental property, which is frustrating all around, and ultimately a time waste for everyone. 

Very frustrating when I qualify for a HELOC but its getting stopped due to LLC vs my personal name.
