HELOC on Investment Properties
Hi, I need to get a HELOC on an investment property in Oklahoma. The property is under my LLC and one lender said they can do HELOCs just not under my LLC only under my name. Does anyone do this or have a way to make this work? Very frustrating when I qualify for a HELOC but its getting stopped due to LLC vs my personal name. Whole point is to not use my personal name so I have protection.

Have you looked into DSCR loans? Might make sense if you are trying to go through an LLC without hassel.
