I was working on a rehab in January/February and turned the heat down to 50 when I wasn't there and back up to 70 when I was there.I had one of the contractors who was doing drywall work open a window while he was working (to let out the dust) and he didn't close it.

You could do that here by getting an inspector to comment on the lead remediation requirements in your area even in the absence of taking dust swipes for lead.
