Hello everyone,I'm in the Greater Houston area, anyone can suggest me several retail stores that have good deals regarding of:- HARDWOOD FLOOR;- GRANITE COUNTERTOP.Thanks in advance for your time!

My go-to spots have been Home Depot and Lowes, Oakland's Habitat for Humanity, Sincere Hardware and San Leandro Granite for granite for kitchen countertops. 

I'm in Cincinnati OH and have flipped several houses and I have one where I have the ability to flip it for top $$$ but only if I design it correctly.Does anyone have suggestions for someone in Cincinnati who can help with design decisions, including flooring types, type of countertops to install, cabinets, paint, wall removals...what type of company would I work with to make these design decisions?

Before selling, I'll do more, such as granite countertops and updated fixtures.When I started out, I would sell two houses for every one I kept.

Granite counter tops, Stove, Microvave, oven included, This home is about 2 miles away from Home 1.

But yours sounds pretty high end with granite counter tops.

M Marie Maxwell , oops, there goes my ignorance on markets, lol. most "row" houses here are 5-10 houses stuck to each other, they usually just put in the cheapest materials to just be called a "house", most buyers rip of 30-60% of the finishes and install their own. we are talking about laminate countertops, $1/sf floors, osb cabinets, etc.

You would have to put a small kitchen ( sink and undercounter refrigerator, microwave and counter top)  and a bathroom in it.
