What does a person do with a check they get from closing a deal when all the banks are closed down due to the coronavirus?

@India Brown In these days of coronavirus I imagine a landlord would be thrilled to buy a cashflowing property.

Searching for a good deal doesn't cost much, so you could put all of your energy into that and, if it's a really good deal, easily find a partner or use a private lender.One thing I think we've all realized from the coronavirus situation is that you must have plenty of reserves for when the worst happens.

And they all tell me if they are not shut down due to the Corona virus they will lend 75% loan to cost.

You have your markets picked out and I'm hoping you were looking at property prices prior to coronavirus.

Pretty much all of these programs went into some form of a "coronavirus coma" but are gearing back up slowly but surely now.   

But for remote short term rental owners worried about the revenue, I am not in your side. in Eastern Pennsylvania,  owners were advertising we were a coronavirus free Haven , which of course was not true, and we were getting people trying to flee the New York and New Jersey hotspots bringing their infection with him an overwhelming Pocono hospitals. we don't want them here.

@Mark RogersWhat appears to be happening nationally is that the markets are bouncing back strong.If you look at the showing histories of listings on the MLS, there were 85% drops in showings due to the Coronavirus.
