What I love about this approach is that the people call me and I pick and choose only the deals I like (and refer my turndowns to my competitors for a piece of the profit).

In my research of dollar stores, dollar tree is on the outside areas / suburbs as well as dollar general (which currently partners with paylease) In my opinion, paynearme desperately need a nationwide chain pharmacy like cvs or walgreens or rite aid, (which are probably taken by western union network or moneygram network already by their competitors below) or a dollar store as a vendor, (for geographical coverage in places where cash rent payments are highly desirable) and dollar general is already taken.

For example a USED Lowes 10% off coupon is one that the seller had already used it at a Lowes for the 10% off, but he kept the coupon card and you can still use it at a Home Depot to get a competitor's discount because HD can't tell the difference.Check out seller's feedback profile and buy.

I've been doing AdWords for 12 years... if you have an AdWords optimization process you can transform your account generating a $300 per lead into an account that generates $30 per lead or less... of course it's still subject to the competitors in your target location.most of the post here are old.. so I'll leave it at that if someone is interested in new info just ask and I'll try to answer.

I don't know the answer, why would one teach someone else to be their competitor, unless possibly the mentee was an attractive female, another self evident construct!
