It’s been a wild roller coaster lately and likely will remain so in the near future.

Typical perception from the West Coasters that all Sub 50K properties are dumps in the ghetto. 

Whelp.. lets hope my long drawn out email to USBANK gets them to "tell me how it is" up front, and not bring me on a roller coaster of financial emotion lol.

But it's like getting on a roller coaster the first time ... a bit uncomfortable, but once you do it, you'll generally be glad you did.

It feels like a roller coaster ride.I do expect to have to manage the managment.

@Caio Ferreira TorresNothing is 100%....401ks are based on the stock market....roller coaster ride...granted over time you'll see gains but compounding interest and decades of time are key...arguably, the majority of the wealth in this country was built with REI....

The stock market roller coaster ride has gotten old, although we're not considering getting out totally.  

Let my greed take me on some roller coasters.

Works much like a mutual fund- only without the roller-coaster ups & downs.
