Because I will never go into anything that is losing intentionally it's like asking me to choose A or B: take this 50k check or write a random 50k check to a politician.

@Audris Tien, it is very hard to tell, depending on how the capital raiser chooses to present it.  

The goal is to ensure that the property remains viable even if circumstances change, like dealing with a non-paying tenant or a market downturn.
