If you have no other choice due to your home state market conditions,  research a market which would fit your financial capabilities and then begin assembling a team including a realtor, lender, property manager and contractor.

Right now I'm assembling a mailing list to start generating leads, and I'm wondering if I should automatically filter those out.

We build our units in an assembly line type system, which keeps our construction team from having to take breaks between builds.

If I am looking to do only wholesale deals at this time, my target area is hot right now...Why do I need a Dream Team assembled, I mean I know I need a buyers list, and to perhaps talk to a Title Co.

If the op is using the word modular correctly it is a house whose framing is done in a warehouse then brought to the construction site and assembled.
