Let me start by saying I am not an english major (That's what my girlfriend does ) so there will be so errors in the post. please hang in there.That being said...

From what I have gathered, the current owners aren't managing the property well and that's why the rents are so low (they done speak English so its hard to communicate).

A rowhouse with an english basement could also be a good option.

Supposedly, people could rent rooms in their primary residence or rent out their English basements.
