That being said, I believe there is still some solid long term appreciation potential in the neighborhoods closer to the BeltLine's Westside Trail and recently purchased Southside Trail, as well as those near certain film studios, such as the Tyler Perry Studios.There are plenty of smaller cities in Georgia and the Southeast that continue to have 2% properties, but their locations, amenities, and economic outlooks will likely not be as promising as ATL's.

He was interested in a Studio unit and I think is willing to pay between $900-$1100 for a nice studio or decent one bedroom. 

Recently, I have been looking at some motel to studio apartment conversions and the numbers are amazing.

I’m sure someone will say that much isn’t needed but two German Shepherds require more than a 400 sq ft studio condo.What’s everyone’s thoughts?

Got this one yesterday for my STUDIO honeymoon cabin:2 stars“Feel where this house is all one room no privacy”'Cause, y'know, studios are so known for their multiple rooms...Other complaints in his private remarks included getting lost on the way to the cabin... when I provide explicit directions and clearly state in the check-in email that it's up a private drive that doesn't appear on GPS.  

I actually bought the audio version and after only 2 days decided that I would go to the bank that I have been doing business with for years and ask them.
