Hi Sac Landlords and Property Managers,

I have a potential tenant looking for a short term rental (3-6months).   He was interested in a Studio unit and I think is willing to pay between $900-$1100 for a nice studio or decent one bedroom.  Please let me know if you have anything available within the next few weeks.  He is here a few days this week looking for a unit and looking to move within the next few weeks.  Send me your contact info and I will forward to him.
