I'm in an airport now and don't feel like taking a photo of myself so the avatar of my baby girl will have to do until my business trip is done.

So you can have a bond for a local airport project, or other City / State infrastructure project.Has anyone used it or has opinions on this?

He finishes law school in May at which time his lease ends (unfortunately he's not gonna be a real estate attorney) This place is in a great location with tons of potential for a great Airbnb property & ARV but definitely needs upgrades (close to college, hospital, airport, huge backyard w/ deck built around hot tub, a pond w waterfall, wood burning fire stove, etc) I personally know the homeowner from when he graduated w my brother & my dad was his hs baseball coach so I reached out to him and acted like I was interested in possibly renting it next if I couldn't find a place to buy first.

Its by the airport which lends to FedEx employees (Hub Employees) and our large distribution presence in that immediate area keeps the rental market strong. 

I live in north Broward County but work near the Miami airport, so the commute is starting to wear on me.

The size are about 600-800 sq ft.They all in the same location by the Airport area. 

The ability for a (cop) car to speed by your house is a good thing.Between City College and executive airport is not too bad.

The nearby FLL airport is under construction for expansion and the property will be in a high decibel zone by 2014.

I kept a car at Stockton Airport, and would fly my little airplane out there from the SF bay area.
