Hello everyone. Although I'm new here I'm not entirely green with real estate.  My first home was purchased in a neighborhood that is a good mixture of primary residential and rentals in 2008. If there was a trial house better I'd be surprised. After getting hands on experience with just about every repair imaginable I've realized that I'd like to lean more toward flips than anything,  but my personal model is still developing. My wife and I won an auction on a home that was contingent on seller approval (which didn't happen) 3 months ago.  It's gotten her engaged in the concept as well so we're both excited.  I'm looking forward to the networking here.  P.s. I'm in an airport now and don't feel like taking a photo of myself so the avatar of my baby girl will have to do until my business trip is done.
