Yeah like Sam said I don't see why you think they broke the lease.They paid the entire lease term rent and didn't do any damage by your own admission.

First, what and how are you approaching these other REI that are giving you the "cold shoulder".Second, since you are by your own admission new at this, why are you so put off when the help you are looking for comes in the form of paid education?

They got $500 out of me and no admission of wrongdoing, only because that was cheaper than continuing to pay my  lawyer - although I have to admit I was seriously tempted to keep paying the lawyer out of principal.

My issue wasn't to what may be applicable but to question medical authority, phrasing an admission of mental defect when a disability does not need to be extreme as it was implied or demanding a medical specialty or location of practice......that's absurd really.
