Do you recommend real estate seminars?

Hi, I listen to a Bigger Pockets Podcast every day. I just started learning more about real estate and these podcasts set me on fire ( not literally). I listen to one podcast a day, then I will play it in the morning when I am working on my business, then play it again at the gym, and then play it as I go to sleep, which is probably why I have trouble sleeping and find myself reading at 3 a.m. Anyway does anyone suggest going to real estate seminars and if so how do I find one in my area or just a good one in general that I can fly to?
