Gone is the stinky movie theater, the bead shops, the cheap T-shirt shops, the used music store.

I have a small source of money for investing, not tons, that's without borrowing, a friend who is a contractor and has done huge projects (movie theaters, salons, hospitals, etc) in Cincinnati and other areas, a few other connections and just as important, the hunger!

Theater rooms are very popular as well.Champions Gate/Reunion/Encore certainly seem to be the hot bed in Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney.

Just to give you an idea of how rural it is, the closest movie theater is about 2 hours away and theres no walmart.

Everything from city of NLV, Clark county government buildings, the friggin DMV, a few casinos, the outlet malls, the university, the hospital, most hotels, and the movie theater. 

Not sure how much info I'm allowed to post, but my home is in Moore, near the warren theaters.

The most profitable rentals here convert the garages into air conditioned movie theaters or game rooms, which obviously you can't do with a condo or townhouse.

In March Chris Ward headlined the San Diego Tourism Authority's annual meeting, a free event at the Dream Theater at Sea World that was fully catered with alcohol and had porcupines and other animals being brought out at the cocktail party following the ceremony.

Security or an employee would have stopped him at the front ticket counter going in.It seems the theater has some liability here until those questions are answered.
