@David Prince Since our flip needs an extensive amount of work we actually hired an Architect to do the drawings/expedite the permits.

Trying to project forward, I think that it may effect clients looking for housing over $1.5 million, but at the end of the day, if you are purchasing a property at that prince range and above, generally, if you want something you want something, damn the price.

Flipping a house is the same as what you are doing now, there are just more moving parts.We have flipped 7 houses in Montgomery County, and work here and in Prince George's.

My guess is this was Prince Georges county because you said 20%. i would ask them why it was voided.
