An attorney can handle the settlement of the transaction and all you need the title company to do is run the title on the property for you as if you were the end buyer and then issue an endorsement to the policy for the final owner.

@Nick Rutkowski  It isnt all that .From experience   on the buyers end , I have bought 7 properties , 6 of those were FSBO , Made an offer , submitted a contract , got a title company , went to settlement .
