You have to properly vet and perform thorough due diligence (which I didn't do a couple years ago when I first jumped in).

This was also confirmed when I went there to submit the required documents, but they couldn't give me a proper timeline on when it would happen claiming that they were backed up. 

Now if it was definitely a single unit and only she could do it and it was properly labled it would be on her.

You can try your luck to see how long it’ll take for the roots to re-grow, but be prepared to eventually make the proper repairs.

If I have been given proper notice of move out, then generally I prorate the days past the move out date based on the actual monthly rent that month. 

@Sanjeev Advani I’m not saying they’re all like this but since Circle K bought 3 local convenience stores they have never been able to staff them properly or maintain employees.

Turn on faucets, showers, look at how the toilets are installed, are they wobbly, EVERYTHING.

However, to really do this properly and make it synergistic to the life style I want to live I need to bring it from 60-62% down to 30% by 2030.

@Jamie BanksI understand there are multiple parties: 1) displaced insurance policy holder (tenants)  2) ALE 3) The company that supplies all the furniture and install the washer and dryer.
