I heal people's aches, and prevent them from dying early by helping them be healthy (weight loss, exercise).I'm a certified health coach, personal trainer, I do stretch and massage therapy.I want to meet amazing people who have a love for life, and are successful in many areas of life.

So maybe my ulterior motive was therapy.  

I read those and decided to pivot to buy and hold instead of flipping, mainly due to me working 70-90 hours per week at my other two jobs (I own my own coaching/therapy business in Lexington, MA called Think-diff Institute and also work full-time at the VA in Boston with homeless Veterans).

It's not just leaky toilets, but stuff like giving relationship therapy to tenants who are boyfriend and girlfriend so that they don't break up, causing one of them to break their lease, etc. 

I have big big goals and dreams for this and it is my true passion, I have a background in holistic therapy and doing this work brings me so much joy!

Purchase it at cost and they would not have a taxable event either.And with a little massaging they can get the first loan without a prepay penalty. 

Or myself for example: providing therapy to inmates in the hopes when they get out they don’t continue to commit crime and hurt people.  

She is a physical therapist, and starting in March, we are planning on beginning travel therapy.

Are you prepared to differentiate between comfort pets and therapy animals? 

I don’t know about you, but I come up with the best ideas and think the clearest in the middle of the night, during meditation time and while getting a massage or pedicure!
