My fiance and I are discussing marriage within the next year or so.

I've been paralyzed a bit financially the past 3-4 years with some major life changes (marriage, child and many unexpected expenses/bills, nothing frivolous, murphy's law struck quite a bit...among other things) lets just say i wanted to ramp up 3-4 years ago but had to put it aside for other items on my plate that required a higher priority, back on track now.As for duplexes here - there are not good ones to choose from, rather ones I'd be willing to own very rarely come for sale.  

We began collecting properties prior to the crash and marriage, so the limit for each of us was 10 at the time.

We have successfully built our business together against some large, well-funded competitors, but I am most proud that we are still very much in love and have a thriving marriage.

I have a family member through marriage who inherited an apartment in a great area in downtown Brooklyn and she is doing nothing with it, not even living in it.

If sent her 4 postcards asking her out for dinner, and on the 4th attempt, her publicist calls me back and says that due to her pregnancy and successful marriage, she will not be able to go out with me.. should I send another?
