No, I don't mean when you got the call on New year's eve about the leaking toilet, and you need someone fast......What I meant is:  how did you show your loyalty and appreciation to your supporting team so they will be there for you when you really, really need them?      

If a buyer has no loyalty to a broker/agent then the buyer can expect no loyalty in return with their time and ambition finding that buyer a deal.

Beyond the personal discomfort of having to specifically make such demands, the demands themselves may fuel suspicions, undermine loyalties, or, worst case, trigger the departure of a valuable minority player.

I called the loyalty line and said "my brother lives down the street and is paying $35/month for internet", which is true!

I think it also helps to build loyalty.

This is not about loyalty – everyone appreciates the phone call from you asking for money.

What type of value would a real estate professional (licensed or not) have to deliver to earn your loyalty?

Loyalty goes a long way.  

There is NO REAL LOYALTY either.

Many of those that have grown up around this town and have stuck around it have a fierce loyalty and care deeply for their town.
