@Willie Brown, the problem is probably not property management or lawyers, but the delays in turnouts in Jefferson County.

I am just northwest of downtown in the Jefferson area; 1930s home that I rehabbed and remodeled.

My wife and I are looking to purchase a rental property (BRRRR or Househacking) in the Eastern WV Panhandle (Jefferson County) or Frederick County, Maryland (Particularly Brunswick and Frederick areas) at some point in the next year (We are waiting on the sidelines for a bit to save up and allow the market to cool down).

I have also been looking into mhps and devouring all the content I can find from @Frank Rolfe and @Jefferson Lllly.

A Couple areas that people don’t talk enough about are Jefferson Park and Portage Park.

You may not have to pay for those and most areas in Jefferson county fire & trash is included in your taxes.

Get's a little bit pricier closer to Jefferson (Formally known as Philly U)/Drexel and especially by Penn.
