Hi guys, I have 3 properties in the Birminghman/Centerpointe area and have had a couple move outs since purchasing the properties. My first property vacancy took 6 months for the turnover and my second is currently getting close to 8 months now. I do realize covid has interfered with the current property. I've been with two property management groups so far, but just wanted to see if anyone has a recommendation. I think 6 months and my current 8 months for a turnover is more than fair for a turnover. At this point I should have just stayed with Midsouthhomebuyers for my turnkey deals! This has been a nightmare! Thanks for any help guys! I know, I know, I have only myself to blame, but I'd like to salvage the homes I got in Centerpointe. Thanks!!!!
