I'd first look at local credit unions and then expand outwards from there and know you can sometimes get financing outside of the state.Another option is to work with a private money lender.

There was a maximum percentage of units owned by the developer as well as all units in the building were required to be completed through drywall.We ended up partnering with local lenders (4-5 banks and credit unions) who could finance the sales which ended up costing about .5 pts higher than other loan products.

A local credit union also mentioned something called a "savings secured loan" which can be used for anything (even going on vacation), but I don't know if there are tax benefits to that and I don't think I can do that under an LLC.

Your carrier can also put in through his union to have a box added to his route because he is paid based on the numbers of boxes he must deliver to.If they press you for more information tell them you're renting out the attic/basement and it needs its own address for mail.
