Some examples are: lease/lease addendum docs, deposit to hold form, Move-in instructions that a tenant gets when they receive their lease documents, a form for when we deny applicants, move out instructions, etc.

gonna make this short, I posted a house that I have under contract on Craigslist,I got a text from a buyer that was supposed to meet me at the home yesterday, I showed up he didn't, he claimed that he forgot, (whatever right?)

So I just received a phone call from a tenant that his roommate is on hard core drugs and does not feel safe in the house and wants off the lease.
