I'd go to the hospital and see if there are any bulletin boards or call them up and ask if there is such a thing or if they have a facebook page where you can advertise or if they hire traveling nurses through a particular agency, then call them up and find out how to advertise to their nurses for that hospital.

Another thing to look into is renting to travel nurses, I have one of my units rented to travel nurses and it has been a great experience - higher than market value for rent, and not as much turnover and guest management as Airbnb.
