If you leave, it will be very difficult to retain any SEO value you've developed over the years, and you'll have to evaluate that sunk cost, which is a tough spot to be in.So I've signed up with IC to check it out and maybe run an A/B test with Adwords, and so far I've had only a few problems with it (advanced stuff), that I contacted chat support about yesterday (it was a holiday, but the proactive prompt suggested they were active, and they were not).

June and July vacant for 2 months. they start looking in August. other tenants downstair/upstair complained loud music dancing around holiday season. the biggest headache was the bathroom. the drain backed up and my contractor found like hair ball down the drain.
