At 6260 total sq ft, there is a lot of potential upside there.There is a 2000 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath currently rented at $1400, two 2 bed, 1 bath at 1280 sq ft upstairs at $900 each, and one basement 3 bed 1 bath at 1700 sq ft for $1200.

My wheels are turning. 1 deal a month replaces 4-6 weeks of working for someone else's dream, giving up sleeping in my own bed, missing my family, and working 70 hour weeks.

It's either a crummy bed or a crummy couch.

A 3 bed there would be more like $950. 

With the money we made from this arrangement we were able to build a new construction home for $300,000, 2000 sq ft finished (5 bed 3 bath) then use a good chunk of that money to finish the basement as an ADU, making our home a 3500 sq ft 8 bed 5 bath, 2 full kitchens, 2 laundry home.
