Is the title clouded for future sales? 

Hi BiggerPockets Family,After watching Paul Moore's live YouTube post yesterday he had mentioned to someone, thst they should wait to make their first move during this time of uncertainty, and learn during this time instead.Well I've been listening to many audbile bigger pockets books while at work and home, and the books are the ones that are the podcasts hosts favorites i.e The E-Myth, The Book On Flipping House's etc.

My current employer used to host the largest REI meet up each month, but right now that's online - our old venue went out of business so we are looking for a new home for the event when we reopen.

You have to find a Broker to sponsor for the state test, and then to host your license, and they can be a wide variety of expense/fees/requirements etc. 

Any other hosts in the SH market? 

As @Jonathan Greene stated his company host a Zoom meet-up that tonight will be my first experience.

The best place to find out about them other than here on Bigger Pockets are in local real estate Facebook groups and if you download the app Meetup on your phone there’s a ton of local real estate groups that aren’t really full on associations but they do host meetups once in a while.

It has been hard to meet connections without being able to host public meet ups.

Hosts are not rookies but they focus on offering listeners data from other new(er) investors- sometimes very sage advice from very new investors.
