So its something to cherish and remember that Stress can be a killer, it almost took me back in the cash for keys days, but we did what we had to, make lots of great relationships and did our own deals to keep it all going.

If its only 1-2 people you might want to have a conversation before just sending them a letter increasing the rent. 

It hasn’t some good tips on conversation that you can apply to cold calling.

She said she couldn't stay in the house for that long for reasons that the house has children and it was not clean (she kinda hinted it during our conversation).
