If I had a $75K to $200K car I would probably drive it less than once a month and worry about it getting hit or stolen constantly.If I had never had to make a car payment or baby payments for 4 years I might feel differently.

I can't beat anyone here on "grossness" but my first eviction involved my first tenants; a older woman, her adult daughter and the daughters two teenage children, one of whom had a baby during the tenancy.All five skipped out over one weekend leaving me what ended up being 45 bags of garbage.
