We're you there when he toured the place or did you have an agent do your tenant selection process?  

I have seen his toys , very nice old european sports cars .

I took a brief tour of SmartMove and Cozy. 

In many instances, you will not be able to run a credit history (although we can do this for U.S.A. and some European candidates) or criminal background check (it will either be impossible due to privacy laws or politics or impractical due to cost).

@Jim SchockThat is really odd, Jim, especially since they offer up to $1,000 in reimbursement of travel expenses to investors to come and tour Jacksonville and their offices. 

I would suspect at the end of their tour here, the carpets and floors are going to be trashed.

Before I buy anywhere, I like to post a dummy ad on craigslist with pics from MLS or my tour to see what kind of tenants I can expect.
