Will, i'd be interested in picking your brain on buying and flipping...i normally deal in bulk REO..but im looking to dive in head first in on my first buy and flip and buy and hold...what advise can you give me,-- high demand areas, cities, states... loop holes, pit falls..that sorta stuff...

Hi, just to drill down a little deeper;Seller financing (SF) will be allowed for owner occupied homes.

Challenge yourself to look deeper, harder, and outside the box......there's a lot more to see.

I believe this will allow me to write much stronger offers with the intent of getting a property for a deeper discount by closing faster with cash.

My problem is I feel I am all over the place with where to dive into realestate.

I don't know if you do the scuba diving thing (or perhaps snorkeling), but of all three places, in my opinion St Thomas has the best scuba and snorkeling.

Always been intrigued with the subject, but never really did any serious investing.Now I want to take it to a deeper level and start doing some hands-on experiencing of this thing.
