My agent gave me my lender and although I shopped around and spoke with other lenders, the local bank had the appraisers and the connections to get everything done and keep cost down.If you have any questions are comments please let me know. 

Not all commercial will allow a seller carry back, so I would need to shop around with my investors to see who would allow it.

I ended up completely fixing his truck with what I would consider minor fixes but the uneducated these would of cost in the thousands due to diagnosis, shop time, plus parts that I just rebuilt on the spot.

I’m always happy to meet up for a coffee or a beer any time just to hang out and chat!  

My point is, we had time to do a little shopping around.  

Sharing knowledge and being helpful is what I love.My partner and I bought our first flip a month ago and are not shopping for another investment at the moment, so nothing to worry about there!

What method do people normally use to rate shop? 

I’m just shopping some options as they are 2 hours from my area and trying to avoid the headache.

They're probably shopping around for other rentals which is why they're dragging this out.Second, learn to set deadlines and enforce them!
