I'm making more aggressive priced offers, giving more time on inspections, and making some other operational changes to adapt to selling homes during a pandemic, but that's different than expecting wide spread crashing of prices as a whole.

I guess in the future landlords will be more sensitive to that language and strip it out completely or heavily water it down.Some attorneys I have talked to said the tenants would likely lose in court pushing that angle but the landlords do not want to spend the time and money to push the issue.I like STNL right now up to 3 to 4 top MTNL properties.
