But some things to consider when you're scanning properties:  Single story, slab foundation, 3br/2 full bath at the least, wide halls/doorways for wheelchair access.  

I am wondering if based on these new "wide spread" allegations if landlords need to make sure they aren't showing a property alone or going to a rental without an extra set of eyes to vouch for them?

I am wide open to MFH as well as we currently own one in Baltimore, but I believe the comfort level of my wife currently with the market lends itself better to an SFH investment in terms of the down payment:) Thanks again.

But then I see charts like this for retail metro-wide and I scratch my head..... and then I read that Vulcan Video, Magnolia Cafe on Lake Austin Blvd and Threadgills is closing shop permanently which sucks.

However, while this information has given me a range to hone in on, Its is too wide to make an informed decision as the swing can make or break a deal.

Go into the deal with your eyes wide open.

I'm making more aggressive priced offers, giving more time on inspections, and making some other operational changes to adapt to selling homes during a pandemic, but that's different than expecting wide spread crashing of prices as a whole.

But the pictures are nice/generic enough I bet people walk in and get a little disappointed.Rather than trying to distract from that maybe post the floor plan and consider other angles?

I guess in the future landlords will be more sensitive to that language and strip it out completely or heavily water it down.Some attorneys I have talked to said the tenants would likely lose in court pushing that angle but the landlords do not want to spend the time and money to push the issue.I like STNL right now up to 3 to 4 top MTNL properties.
