There are all types of visitors with wide ranges of budgets/desires coming into town for Derby. 

Just know about 75% of them will focus on selling some program or material.

Focus more on learning how to read people and communicate well.

If they do not cover any of the items on the scopes of work completed, then it could mean the company does not focus on quality. 

at a high level, I would focus on what their problem is first and in your messaging be upfront on how we can "help each other". 

China could decide to take over next year or we could have major terrorist attacks on metropolitan areas that destroys our economy.I would focus on making investments that will work even if the market tanks.

Focus on getting a solid tenant that wants to be there long term (another 16 years!!).  

SFHs are my focus for what I hope are better clients and RE appreciation. 

It seems that the CFP's I am finding focus on Finance but don't necessarily have that real estate investing experience for them to give advice on planning the overall portfolio including real estate investments.Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
