Check your milage log, match it to oil changes, gas reciepts on charge cards, rent collections at addresses, deposit dates at the bank, if you tie in supporting documents it makes it hard for that auditor to toss it out. :)

Don't know about Chi town but here in NJ, leaking underground storage tanks (that used to service oil furnaces) are a huge concern.Another option is to buy the 1st at a discount and foreclose on the 2nd.

Bitcoin is down 52% and that's strong relative performance to other cryptocurrencies.Real estate is the last asset class standing in terms of holding it's value relative to inflation, and I think that a lot of folks are rightfully worried and/or skeptical that prices will hold in the real estate market in coming months with further rate hikes from the Fed expected.The only way that an investor could have "won" in this environment (other than real estate... so far) would have been to buy commodities and accurate predict the rise in prices for things like oil, raw materials, and food.

Curious, Account Closed, do you also advocate that CPA's should not be allowed to file their own taxes, attorneys should not be able to represent friends or family, mechanics should not be allowed to change their own oil and licensed contractors should not be able to work on their own homes?
