Colorado Springs is still doable as far as Colorado goes; I have two siblings that live there and the area is still growing - but there's not much in the way of buildings, and nothing old-school like in Chicago as the Springs isn't a very old city.

I have several out of state properties and I am a full time Realtor so it's very doable but you will need to have a good property manager and figure out how to make the property cash flow because it's no fun if you're not making money.

@Jennifer Rysdam you know it's the right decision because you don't want to do it ;)  Much like getting up to work out instead of hitting the snooze 3 more times.We bought a 4 unit and gave the two occupied units 60 days so we could rehab.

Ok @Steve Castagnetta, I am pretty sure you got caught up in the fake listing wipe that has been going on for a few months.There is nothing in the terms of service I can find that talks about inactive accounts.Was the account snoozed (or whatever they call it)?
