I own buildable land in Lincoln Park, Any builders here?
I own a home on a double lot in Lincoln Park. I met with the town for a concept review for subdivision as well as an engineer. The subdivision is doable. End product will be a 100x135 lot. I have the lot listed to gauge interest and have had many inquires, but the builders want the finished subdivided lot, not subject to subdivision. I am going to move forward and get the lot subdivided. My plan was to simply sell the land to a builder, but there may be a better way to proceed. What are new construction costs going to run? I can fit a 35x50 footprint with walkout basement. How do I get the most value out of this project? Is it worth partnering with a builder?
