Maybe I have to look into NH or western mass near Northampton which is a big college town.

CADs use “mass appraisal” which is more dependent on regression analysis and doesn’t dive as deeply into your property specifics.You can protest because the value is above market value and/or because the value is not equal and uniform to similar properties.  

I am not a mass flipper and haven’t purchased 100s of units.

There is also a local lender in Mass that offers it.

Mass population often does not that is why Government likes basic workers as they can extract max taxes off of them to fuel big government.The mass population tends to live on high interest rates credit to get by.
